Patcher Error Code Solutions

This topic will list all patcher error codes, and solutions to them. Solutions are bolded for easier reading.

Code: 0 Result: 4
    Make sure the time on your computer is up-to-date.
    On Windows 7, you can do this by clicking on the time, clicking change time and date, then on the window that pops up click on the Internet Time tab, click on Change Settings, and click Update Now.
    It may also occur if a firewall or internet security software is blocking the access to the Internet.
    In this case, you would need to allow Flyff.exe (the patcher) access to the internet.
    It can also occur if there are too many people patching. In this case, keep retrying.

Code: 0 Result: 7
    The server may be too busy to accept new connection or network problems are preventing your connection.
    Try restarting the patcher.

Code: 0 Result: 9
    Remove Neuz.exe in Task Manager (Ctrl+alt+delete).
    Your antivirus may be (falsely) removing files that the game needs. Try deactivating your antivirus before you patch.
    Sometimes file corruption occurs in the Fly For Sky folder, preventing a patch from being applied successfully.
    In this case, delete and reinstall the game.

Code: 2 Result: 2
    Internet Explorer is in Offline Mode. This occurs with older versions of Internet Explorer.
    To turn it to Online Mode, go to File and uncheck Work Offline.

Code: 3 Result: 6
    There is a missing folder from the client.
    IF YOU GET THIS ERROR WHILE THE SERVER IS OFFLINE: There is no solution to this, because when this error occurs it means that I messed up in making the patch. Just wait and I should fix it soon.
    If the server was not offline, and you are the only one affected by this error, then you need to delete and reinstall Fly For Sky.

Code: 5 Result: 6
    The patcher wasn't run as administrator.
    On Windows Vista and up, please run the patcher (Flyff.exe) as Administrator.

Code: 12002
    Server may be over loaded and has multiple incoming connections at the moment.
    Keep retrying the patch.

Code: 12002 Result: 7
    Some old files are causing problems with the new patch.
    Delete Neuz.exe and patch again.
    If that does not work, display hidden files and delete any hidden Neuz.exe.
    If the issue is still not fixed, delete and reinstall the game.

Code: 12029
    The patcher cannot connect to the website.
    Add the patcher (Flyff.exe) and Neuz.exe to your firewall's exception list.

Code: 12029 Result: 2
    A firewall is interfering with the patcher's ability to connect to the internet. Or, some Internet Explorer setting are interfering with the patcher's ability to connect.
    Allow the patcher (Flyff.exe) through your firewall. And/Or, open up Internet Explorer, open up the Internet Options menu, click on the Advanced tab, and click on Reset.

Code: 12031 Result: 2
    An antivirus or firewall is blocking the patcher's ability to communicate with the patch server.
    Add the patcher (Flyff.exe) and Neuz.exe to your antivirus's and/or firewall's exception list. If this does not work, try disabling your antivirus and/or firewall.

Code: 12031 Result: 7
    An antivirus or firewall is blocking the patcher's internet access, or Internet Explorer is trying to use a proxy.
    Add the patcher (Flyff.exe) and Neuz.exe to your firewall's exception list.
    If that doesn't work, then open Internet Explorer, open up the Internet Options menu, click on the Connections tab, click on LAN settings, and uncheck any boxes underneath Proxy Server.

Code: 12150 Result: 4
    Some DNS setting are interfering with the patcher's ability to connect. Or a firewall or antivirus is blocking access to the patch server.
    Make sure to allow Flyff.exe and Neuz.exe in your firewall and antivirus, or disable the firewall/antivirus.
    If that doesn't work, unplug your modem and/or router for about a minute, and then plug them back in.
    If that doesn't work, then please follow these instructions on changing your Primary and Secondary DNS servers.

Code: Denied
    The patcher wasn't run as administrator.
    On Windows Vista and up, please run the patcher (Flyff.exe) as Administrator.
    If that doesn't work, try logging onto an Administrator account and then running the patcher.

How about my problem it says ErrorNumber: 193 Neuz.exe Run Error? how to fix it?

I am encountering the error while patching the game "Code: 12002 Result: 7". I did all your proposed solutions, but still this error occurs. I really want to play this game. Thank you!

When the launcher is running, it takes a few seconds and the process stops working (no load any patch, simply is freezing)

Before I played Flyff for Sky (5 months ago), and now I can not.

I needed help. Thanks.

Your Fly For Sky is an old version. Download the newest v10 and re-install the game.

Hello! I've had this annoying Error multiple times. Reinstalled Everything.
Now how did I fix it?
I just turned Avira off. It moved some files that are mandatory for the Neuz.exe into quarantine. Deactivate it before you patch!

Btw. I'm completly new just starting today!
